A missing name from SWVRJA's current roster is not proof of community release. It can reflect a transfer, a change of custodian, a data update, or another event. Likewise, a court order may explain why release was authorized without stating when jail staff completed the event. The responsible jail, corrections department, court, or federal agency provides the controlling record within its own jurisdiction.
